Hillcrest Health Centre is, as a health provider in the private sector, bound by the National Privacy Principles. These principles set the standards by which we handle personal information collected from our patients. A copy of these Principles is available for inspection at the reception desk.

Our Mission

Hillcrest Health Centre is filled with a team of caring, friendly, and enthusiastic health professionals who are committed to providing optimal health outcomes. The practice provides medical services to a diverse multicultural lower socio-economic community and bulk bills all patients with a valid Medicare card. We also welcome walk-in and new patients.

Dr Wirasat Baig — Medical Director

Dr Wirasat Baig is the Medical Director of Hillcrest Health Centre and a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner with a strong background in general and family medicine. In this leadership role, Dr Baig oversees the clinical direction of the practice while continuing to see patients directly, with a particular interest in chronic disease management, cardiovascular health, and preventive care. Dr Baig believes in building long-term relationships with patients and takes a thorough, whole-person approach to every consultation, ensuring each person feels heard and understood. Committed to accessible healthcare for Broadmeadows’ diverse community, Dr Baig regularly undertakes continuing medical education to ensure patients receive care that reflects current best practice.

Dr Inderjit Arora

Dr Inderjit Arora is a General Practitioner at Hillcrest Health Centre with a special interest in women’s health, family planning, and paediatric care. Dr Arora works closely with patients of all ages, from newborn checks through to the ongoing management of long-term health conditions, and places particular value on preventive health screening and early intervention. Known among patients for a warm, unhurried consultation style, Dr Arora takes the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly so that patients feel confident and fully informed about their care. Dr Arora is proud to serve Hillcrest’s multicultural community and stays current through ongoing professional development.

Dr Arthur Papagelis

Dr Arthur Papagelis is a General Practitioner at Hillcrest Health Centre with a particular interest in men’s health, skin checks, and minor procedures. Dr Papagelis brings a practical, straightforward approach to consultations, focusing on early detection and prevention alongside the management of everyday health concerns. With a strong focus on continuity of care, Dr Papagelis enjoys getting to know patients and their families over time and supporting them through every stage of life. Dr Papagelis is committed to ongoing medical education and to providing dependable, patient-centred care to the Broadmeadows community.
